  1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in any Protector Pro course, service, or consultation, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should not enroll in or attend our classes.

  1. Eligibility

Age & Legal Requirements: 

– Any person 21 years of age or older, who is eligible to lawfully possess a firearm under state and federal law, may carry concealed deadly weapons on or about his or her person. – Persons under age 21 may be eligible to possess a firearm but are not permitted to carry a firearm (or other deadly weapon) concealed in Kentucky.

– Persons over 21 who are not eligible to lawfully possess a firearm may, in some cases, be legally eligible to possess other deadly weapons, but they are not permitted to carry any deadly weapon concealed under Kentucky law.

Class Participation: 

All participants must meet the above requirements and certify that they are not prohibited by state or federal law from possessing or handling firearms. Protector Pro reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who cannot demonstrate compliance with these legal standards.

Participant Acknowledgment: 

By registering for and attending a Protector Pro course, you affirm that you: – Are not prohibited under state or federal law from possessing or handling firearms. – Understand and agree to abide by Kentucky’s legal requirements for firearm possession and concealed carry.

– Certify that you meet all legal requirements for possession and/or carry of firearms or other deadly weapons.

  1. Safety Requirements

– Safety is our highest priority. All participants must follow Protector Pro’s range rules, instructor commands, and safety protocols at all times.

– Failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal from the class without refund. – No drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances are permitted before or during training.

  1. Waiver of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with firearms, self-defense training, and related activities. You agree to release and hold harmless Protector Pro, LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Payments & Refunds

– Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. – Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course. – No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course, failure to attend, or removal due to safety violations.

– Protector Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or apply payment to a future course.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may request to transfer to another course date with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Transfers requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled class may incur a rescheduling fee.

  1. Certification & Completion

Successful course completion is based on attendance, participation, and demonstration of safe practices. Protector Pro reserves the right to withhold certificates from participants who fail to meet safety or performance standards.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, and instructional methods are the property of Protector Pro, LLC and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

  1. Privacy Policy

Protector Pro collects limited personal information (such as name, email, phone, and payment details) for registration and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Kentucky.

  1. Modifications

Protector Pro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering for and attending a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
